1. Our Services

DSDN EiS provides professional ecommerce website development and related digital services. Project work may be organized into stages, with progress, requirements, payments, and updates managed through the website or agreed communication channels.

2. Project Stages and Payments

Where staged payments are offered, the applicable product or project page states what each payment covers. The standard project structure is Stage 1: ₦10,000; Stage 2: ₦20,000; Stage 3: ₦30,000; Stage 4: ₦10,000; normal project value: ₦70,000. Prices and promotions may change for new purchases. The price applicable to an order is the price accepted when it is placed, subject to stated conditions.

A project may be paused where an agreed payment remains outstanding, required customer information has not been supplied, or another material dependency prevents continued work.

3. Full Payment and Part Payment

Where offered, Full Payment covers the complete project scope stated on its product page. Promotional discounts apply according to the offer shown at purchase. For Part Payment, amounts are applied according to the payment structure communicated for the order, and outstanding balances remain payable unless DSDN EiS agrees otherwise in writing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and timely materials reasonably required for your project, including business information, product information, images, branding materials, content, and project instructions. You are responsible for ensuring that materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights and that you have permission to use them. Customer-caused delays may affect timelines.

5. Website Content and Legal Compliance

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content, products, prices, claims, policies, images, and other materials supplied for your website. DSDN EiS does not guarantee that customer-supplied content complies with every law or industry regulation. Obtain professional legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice where needed.

6. Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope may be handled as part of the project. Requests that materially change the scope or require substantial additional development may require additional fees and/or time. Material scope changes and applicable additional costs will be communicated before additional work where reasonably practicable.

7. Project Timelines

We aim to complete projects within a reasonable timeframe based on the agreed scope and customer responsiveness. Timelines are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing. Delays may result from missing content, payment delays, third-party services, hosting or DNS issues, payment-provider issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Account Registration and Google Sign-In

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by unauthorized access not reasonably attributable to you. You may optionally use Continue with Google. Google authentication is subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. DSDN EiS does not request access to Gmail messages, Drive files, or other Google content beyond information authorized for account authentication.

9. Payments and Third-Party Providers

Online payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Paystack or another provider offered at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment information and comply with the provider's terms. DSDN EiS does not intentionally collect or store your full card number or card security code on its website.

10. Intellectual Property

Each party retains ownership of intellectual property it owned before the project. Customer-supplied materials remain the customer's property or the property of their respective owners. DSDN EiS retains ownership of pre-existing code, reusable components, frameworks, tools, templates, and general technical know-how. Project-specific deliverables transferred to the customer are subject to full payment and applicable third-party licenses.

11. Third-Party Services and Software

Websites may depend on WordPress, WooCommerce, payment providers, hosting providers, domain registrars, email services, plugins, APIs, Google services, and other external platforms. DSDN EiS cannot guarantee the availability, pricing, policies, or functionality of third-party services.

12. Security and Maintenance

We take reasonable steps to build and configure websites professionally, but no website can be guaranteed completely immune from hacking, malware, vulnerabilities, outages, or other incidents. After handover, ongoing maintenance, backups, hosting, updates, and content management are provided only where specifically included or separately agreed.

13. Prohibited Use

You must not use our website, account, services, or websites we build for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, infringement, malicious software, deceptive practices, or activity that could reasonably harm our systems, customers, providers, or users.

14. Cancellation, Refunds, and Disputes

Because website development may involve work, planning, configuration, design, and development beginning after payment, cancellation and refund requests are considered based on work completed, costs incurred, product terms, and applicable law. Where a refund is legally required or expressly agreed, its amount and method will be determined according to the circumstances. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Disclaimer

Except where expressly stated or required by law, services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee particular sales, search-engine rankings, traffic, conversion rates, or business results.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DSDN EiS will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party outages, hosting failures, payment interruptions, customer-supplied content, compromised credentials, or third-party changes. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is a serious violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or another circumstance making continued service unreasonable or unsafe.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when services, pricing, technology, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
